By creating an account, browsing courses, enrolling, or submitting payments on the LMS Studio platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific offerings.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our website and services. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

To enroll in courses, access interactive assignments, and obtain verifiable completion certificates, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
- Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and credentials.
- No Account Sharing: Each enrollment grants personal, non-transferable access. Sharing student credentials or streaming courses to multiple concurrent unauthorized viewers is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify LMS Studio support if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account security.
3. Enrollment & Payments (bKash & Stripe)
BDT currency transactions, gateways, and promotional pricing
Course prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and/or US Dollars ($ USD). When purchasing a course:
- bKash বিকাশ Payment Gateway: We provide native integration with bKash for instant mobile payments in Bangladesh. You represent that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the bKash wallet number used. All bKash transactions generate a unique Transaction ID (TrxID) for verification.
- Stripe International Payments: Credit and debit card transactions are encrypted and processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant Stripe checkout.
- Free Courses: Courses marked with a "FREE" badge do not require any payment gateway interaction and grant instant 1-click lifetime enrollment.
- Promotional Sale Pricing: Promotional discounts and strikethrough prices reflect limited-time sale offerings. The final payable amount displayed at checkout represents the full price charged.
Once payment is confirmed or free enrollment is claimed, you receive uninterrupted lifetime access to the curriculum, videos, and quizzes as long as the platform remains active.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Standard terms for refund eligibility and processing
We strive to provide world-class curriculum quality. If you are unsatisfied with a paid course, our refund policy applies as follows:
- 7-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of initial course purchase.
- Completion Threshold: To prevent abuse, refund requests are only eligible if you have viewed less than 20% of the course videos and have not downloaded the final course completion certificate.
- bKash Refunds: Approved bKash refunds are returned to the originating bKash wallet number minus standard gateway transaction fees within 5–7 business days.
- Free Courses: Free enrollments carry no monetary value and are not subject to monetary refunds.
5. Intellectual Property & Licenses
Copyright protections for video lectures, code samples, and materials
All content published on LMS Studio—including but not limited to video streams, source code exercises, quiz questions, PDF certificate templates, branding, and user interface graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of LMS Studio or its licensed instructors.
Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the course content for educational, non-commercial purposes. You may not rip, scrape, redistribute, sell, broadcast, or republish any video or course assets without prior written consent.
6. Instructor Terms & Content Rights
Rules governing course publishing, quality benchmarks, and revenue shares
Instructors publishing masterclasses on LMS Studio agree that:
- Ownership & Rights: You own or possess the necessary rights and permissions to distribute all submitted video, audio, and text materials.
- Compliance with Law: Your content complies with local legal regulations in Bangladesh and does not violate third-party copyrights or trademarks.
- Distribution License: Instructors grant LMS Studio the worldwide license to host, stream, transcode, and promote published courses across marketing channels.
7. Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use
Community standards for reviews, forums, and interactive Q&A
Users must treat peers and instructors with dignity. Prohibited activities include:
- Harassment & Abuse: Posting abusive, defamatory, harassing, or hate-speech comments in Q&A discussion forums.
- Platform Security Exploits: Attempting to probe, scan, exploit, or reverse-engineer the LMS Studio API or backend microservices.
- Payment Fraud: Submitting fraudulent bKash TrxIDs or attempting chargeback scams.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Warranty limits and service availability
The Service and all educational curricula are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and smooth video streaming via our distributed object storage, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall LMS Studio or its directors, employees, or instructors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.
9. Suspension & Termination
Account closure protocols for policy violations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or conduct harmful to other learners.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Termination of your account does not entitle you to refunds for completed courses.
